Our training, the schedule is as follows –


Monday- ski session with Tom at the beach


Tuesday –junior training with Tommy with specialized board/ski with Kim and Kendall and Tom


Wednesday – board training with Kim/Kendall and beach training with Ross


Thursday – Compulsory senior/junior training focusing on fitness and team events.


Friday – Time Trial ( ski ) organized by Adam .


Saturday – Compulsory club training at 15.00 FOR SENIORS/JUNIORS.


Sundays – Either Menshealth Series or Tommy’s Sunday session 


ALL SESSIONS DURING THE WEEK WILL BEGIN AT 17.30 p.m.
