Richard Alford will host an information meeting at the club at 17.00 on Friday 29th January 2010 where various aspects of the SA Nationals to be held at Blue Water Bay in Port Elizabth will be discussed.

LSA is doing a promotional shoot with one of their sponsors and urgently needs lifeguards.  The shoot is on Tuesday 15th December at Clifton, approx 09h00-12h00.  They need a range of lifeguards of different races and genders to fully represent all our lifeguards, who are fit and healthy looking.  Any
